Payments, escrow and refunds
Where the money sits at each stage, and what gets it back.
Paying
Card or bank transfer for anything under $50,000, bank transfer above it. Acquisitions above $100,000 can be split across two payments, half at contracts and half at handover, at no extra cost.
Nothing is charged on this website. Sending an enquiry, making an offer, applying as a founding team or joining a waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Money moves only once contracts are signed, and it moves into escrow rather than to us.
Escrow
Funds are held by a regulated escrow agent, not by us. Release requires your written confirmation that handover is complete, or the expiry of a seven-day review window after the final checklist item.
Refunds
Before escrow releases, a material misdescription unwinds the sale in full. After release, acquisitions are final. Licence fees are refundable for fourteen days if you have not yet shipped to your own customers.

Taxes
Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. We invoice in USD and can invoice a corporate entity in most jurisdictions.
