Verification and handover
What happens between accepting a price and owning the thing.
Before you commit
Ask for the data room and you get the repositories read-only, twenty-four months of financials, the support history, the infrastructure bill and an hour with the engineers who built it. No fee, and no exclusivity asked for in return.
On a prototype there are no financials to show, so the data room is the code, the design work, the infrastructure it runs on and an honest account of what is finished and what is not. You can be walked through the working product before you decide anything.
The handover
Seven days from contracts to keys, run as a checklist you watch in your account.

- Contracts signed, funds into escrow
- Day 2-3
- Repositories, CI and issue history transferred
- Day 4-5
- Hosting, domains, payment and analytics accounts
- Day 6
- App Store and Play listings, including the developer accounts
- Day 7
- Customer records, then escrow releases on your confirmation
After handover
The engineers who built the product stay reachable for thirty days at no cost. Beyond that you can take the optional maintenance subscription, which covers hosting, patching, store submissions and a support line, or run it yourself.
If it is not as described
If something material on the listing turns out to be wrong, escrow does not release. We either fix it, reprice it, or unwind the sale. That is the point of holding the money.
